How does the carwash work?
Upon arrival, an attendant will greet you and help you choose the appropriate wash. As a member, you’ll have access to the Members Only Lane for quick entry, where the gate arm will lift automatically. A team member will guide you into the car wash conveyor, instruct you to go into neutral, take your foot and hand off the brake and wheel, and then prepare your front and back windshields. Once you’re ready, your car will go through multiple stages of treatments, rinses, and coatings to get it cleaned, shiny, and dried.
Is your car wash touchless?
Our wash isn’t touchless but is equipped with state of the art equipment including brushes created of technical materials specifically designed to gently cleanse vehicles. We safely wash hundreds of vehicles every day.

Can I clean the inside of my vehicle?
Yes! We offer complimentary vacuums and other amenities, such as microfiber towels, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner!
How do I submit a damage claim?
Damages are very rare at Raindrop Car Wash. However, in the rare event that your vehicle incurs damage at any of our locations, please inform an attendant on site. They will gather the necessary information and photos of the damage, which will then be forwarded to our Customer Experience Team. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response or resolution via email.
How do I follow up on a damage claim?

Do you offer interior cleaning services?
We do not provide interior detailing, however, we offer plenty of complimentary amenities for you to utilize to get your car spic and span!
What form of payment do you take?
We accept credit and debit cards and cash at any of Raindrop Car Wash locations. CashApp and Venmo are not accepted for Unlimited Drip club Membership.

Visit any Raindrop Car Wash location or purchase online. Select the membership plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled after request?
For processing time, any updates to your membership plan including cancellation will be completed within 7 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made in the middle of the month. Your credit or debit card will be charged on the enrollment date of each month.
What if I change my mind to stay on my plan after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy to have you return as a member. Simply visit our website to re-enroll or call 205-814-1000. Please note that previous members are not eligible for any new member discount deals.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit/debit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon any request regarding your membership plan.
